- Account data — When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture via Google OAuth.
- Syllabus content — The syllabus text you paste is sent to an AI provider (OpenRouter) to generate study topics. We do not permanently store raw syllabus text.
- Study activity — Sprint plans, topic completion, quiz scores, and study session durations are stored to power your dashboard and readiness score.
- Usage data — Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) may be collected by our hosting provider (Vercel).
3. How We Use Your Data
- To generate and save your personalised sprint plans.
- To calculate your readiness score and streak.
- To display your study history on the dashboard.
- We do not sell your data to third parties.
- We do not use your data for advertising.
4. Third-Party Services
- Google OAuth — Used for sign-in. Governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
- OpenRouter — Your syllabus text and topic prompts are sent to OpenRouter to generate AI responses. See OpenRouter's Privacy Policy.
- Neon (PostgreSQL) — Your account and study data is stored on Neon's serverless database.
- Vercel — Our hosting provider. See Vercel's Privacy Policy.
5. Data Retention
Your account and study data is retained as long as your account exists. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at the email below.
6. Cookies & Sessions
We use a single session cookie to keep you signed in. No tracking or advertising cookies are used.
7. Children's Privacy
ExamSprint is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, please contact us.
