By accessing or using ExamSprint ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

ExamSprint is a free, AI-powered study planning tool that helps students organise their syllabus into a day-by-day sprint plan, take AI-generated quizzes, and track their exam readiness. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

The study plans, topic breakdowns, and quiz questions are generated by third-party AI models (via OpenRouter). We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or educational validity of AI-generated content. Always verify important information with authoritative sources or your course materials.

By pasting syllabus content or other text into ExamSprint, you grant us a limited licence to process that content solely for the purpose of generating your study plan. You retain ownership of any content you submit. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share any content you paste.

ExamSprint is currently provided free of charge. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

The ExamSprint name, logo, and website design are our intellectual property. The underlying open-source libraries used remain under their respective licences. You may not reproduce or commercialise any part of the Service without our written permission.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ExamSprint and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

The Service integrates with third-party services (Google OAuth, OpenRouter, Neon, Vercel). These services have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their practices.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will update the "Last updated" date above when changes are made.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction where we operate.
